    How fast can I start selling online to China?

    I want to start to sell online to China, must I have a China company?

    to answer this Q we always must 1st ask A) what are you are selling and B) where is the stock located before it is shipped?

    If your stock is already inside China, and you are selling inside China, then yes, you do need a China company or a local China partner (and we provide this service as part of our company and when required, official levels of partnership with clients).

    However: If your stock is not-inside mainland China (e.g. stock or service is from H.K. or E.U., Aus/NZ or USA) and you are selling into China, then there is no-need for China company.

    Once I start selling, then will I need a registered company, or a joint-venture in China?

    99% of the time the answer is “no.” As long as your stock/product/goods or service is not located inside mainland China at POS.     Must you be our agent or can we order your services separately?
